Engineering Manager - 6 Month Contract

We're seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing engineering team within a major organisation.

The Role

• Lead and mentor engineers, supporting growth and delivery.
• Balance feature development with technical upkeep.
• Collaborate with product, design, and editorial stakeholders.
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance.

About You

• Strong hands-on background across Front End, Back End, and infrastructure.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Confident communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experienced in building inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing teams.
• Experience with either Typescript or Scala

• Start Date: ASAP
• Length: 6 months
• Day Rate: £700-£800 per day
• IR35 Status: Inside
• Location: Hybrid - minimum 3 days onsite (London)
