Business Administrator

A growing technology services business is seeking a highly organised Business Administrator to support its sales, customer success and project teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with systems, data and processes, and wants to develop a career within commercial operations.

Ongar, Essex - Office based - £26,000 basic salary plus commission opportunity - Healthcare and pension

You will play a key role in keeping client information, sales pipelines, quotations, contracts and project handovers accurate and well organised. The role will suit someone with strong administration experience who is comfortable using CRM systems and managing several priorities at once.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining accurate CRM records, pipelines and reporting

• Preparing client quotations, orders and contract documentation

• Processing signed contracts and supporting project onboarding

• Managing Service Level Agreements, Non Disclosure Agreements and customer records

• Supporting sales, customer success and finance administration

• Coordinating client meetings, diary management and briefing packs

• Monitoring inboxes, incoming calls and customer enquiries

• Supporting email marketing, digital content and campaign activity

The successful candidate will have:

• At least two years administration, sales support or operations experience

• Strong CRM and data management skills

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability

• Professional written and verbal communication skills

• Confidence working in a busy office environment

• An interest in technology, managed services or commercial operations

• A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally where required
