HRIS Systems Manager
We are recruiting for an experienced HRIS Systems Lead / HR Systems Manager to join a growing international organisation based in London.
This is a strategic and hands on role responsible for managing and optimising HR systems including integrations, governance, and system performance across a complex enterprise environment.
This role is particularly suited to candidates with a background in IT or enterprise systems who have transitioned into HRIS, HR systems, or payroll systems management.
Location: London Hybrid 2 to 3 days per week
Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum Job Type: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage HRIS platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, HiBob, Oracle HCM, or similar
- Act as the subject matter expert for HR systems, integrations, and configuration
- Manage integrations between HR systems, payroll, finance, and enterprise applications
- Ensure strong system governance, controls, and data integrity
- Support system upgrades, enhancements, and optimisation
- Work closely with HR, IT, Finance, and external vendors
- Drive automation and continuous improvement
Essential Experience
- Proven experience working with HRIS systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, HiBob, Oracle HCM, Dayforce, or similar
- Experience managing HR systems integrations
- Background in IT systems, enterprise applications, or infrastructure is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of governance, system controls, and data management
- Experience working within enterprise or multi entity organisations
