We’re recruiting an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide on-site support across two well-established schools in Ashford. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing education setting, including support for a brand-new building opening this summer.

IT Support Engineer - Education Sector Two schools in Ashford, KentUp to £32,000 - Full-time - 52 weeks

Key Responsibilities:

• 1st/2nd line support across both sites

• Troubleshoot hardware, software & network issues

• Administer Windows Servers, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365

• Maintain backups, antivirus, and IT asset registers

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server & desktop environments

• Confident supporting users of all levels

• Experience across multi-site environments

• Education IT experience is desirable but not essential
