Technical Support Engineer
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join a respected independent school in Central London providing first and second line IT support across a modern Microsoft 365 environment while supporting classroom technology and AV systems used in teaching and events. This Technical Support Engineer role offers a varied technical environment and the opportunity to work closely with a collaborative IT team supporting staff and students.
£35,000 - £38,000 per annum | London | Permanent
Main Responsibilities
- Provide first and second line IT support for users across hardware, software and accounts
- Resolve incidents through the helpdesk ticketing system and maintain accurate records
- Support Microsoft 365 applications and user access issues including MFA and password resets
- Troubleshoot Windows, macOS and iOS devices
- Support classroom technology including interactive displays and AV systems
- Assist with AV setup for lessons, events and presentations
Skills and Experience Required
- Experience in a Technical Support Engineer or IT Support role
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS or iOS devices
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365
- Experience using IT service desk tools
- Strong communication and customer service skills
