Workforce Information Analyst

Job summary

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role within the Workforce Analytics Team at Greater Manchester Mental Health, supporting the effective delivery of workforce data and reporting across the organisation.

The post holder willreport statistical data, monitor and maintain compliance in employment regulations and provide support and guidance to HR colleagues and managers across GMMH.

Main duties of the job

  • To maintain the integrity of workforce systems including ESR, Health Roster and OHIO

  • To be aware of data quality issues at all times, taking action tomaintain standards

  • To run standard and ad-hoc reports and support the wider digital agenda of information delivery through dashboards and digital tools.

  • Provide workforce information to support data quality audits,data cleanses, validation exercises and reports.
