Workforce Systems Administrator
Job summary
Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust are looking for an experienced ESR user to join our Workforce Systems Team. The post holder will be able to navigate the Trust ESR system to update and maintain employees personal records. The post holder will have excellent customer service skills and be able to investigate and resolve pay queries.

Main duties of the job
The main responsibilities of the role are:
- To receive and interpret electronic forms, entering relevant information on to ESR, in accordance with agreed pay and project deadlines.
- Provide support and guidance to users of the electronic staff forms
- Act as a point of contact for staff and managers, liaising with theTrust's payroll, finance, and IM&T departments, to resolvequeries relating to pay and workforce information
- Support the finalisation and export of the pay file, including unlocking shifts in health roster and providing guidance to inputters
- Process absence drop outs and errors generated from the pay files
- Manage access to ESR by processing URP request forms and managing password requests
- To be able to obtain data from ESR to provide references
- Support the Workforce Systems team with project work.
- To be aware of data quality issues at all times, taking action tomaintain standards .

Job responsibilities
The role holder will work as part of a team rota to update and maintain the ESR Staff Record System and deal with related queries from employees. The role predominantly involved interpreting change forms, termination forms and corrections forms and entering the information accurately into ESR. The role involves liaising with staff at all levels.
