Senior Account Manager

We searching for a Senior Key Account Manager to develop and expand a portfolio of strategic enterprise clients across Europe.

This role sits within the company’s digital and technology division, delivering advanced software, analytics and engineering solutions to the global renewable energy sector. The organisation is experiencing strong international growth and is investing in its commercial team to support expanding demand across Europe and North America.

This position will focus on developing deep relationships with major renewable energy operators, maximising long-term recurring revenue opportunities and driving the adoption of data-driven performance and reliability solutions across large energy portfolios.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex enterprise accounts, identifying growth opportunities and leading commercial discussions with senior stakeholders across major renewable energy organisations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of high-value strategic accounts across Europe
  • Develop trusted relationships with senior decision-makers within major renewable energy operators
  • Drive account expansion through upselling and cross-selling of software, analytics and engineering services
  • Navigate complex organisational structures and manage multiple stakeholders across technical, operational and commercial teams
  • Work closely with internal product, engineering, data science and support teams to deliver tailored customer solutions
  • Lead strategic account planning and business reviews, demonstrating ROI and long-term value delivered to clients
  • Manage contract renewals, negotiations and commercial agreements
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and deliver against revenue targets
  • Monitor market trends, customer strategies and competitive activity to identify new growth opportunities
