Applications Support Analyst needed by a growing business with multiple sites across the UK offering specialist advisory services.The Applications Support Analyst opportunity is a key role within the business supporting business critical systems which includes – Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, 365 and Power Platform technologies like PowerApps and Power BI.Application Support Analyst skills profile –

• Knowledge / experience of Microsoft 365 tools like Teams, SharePoint, Outlook and OneDrive
• Experience / knowledge of supporting users with Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Exposure to or experience of PowerApps and Power BI
• Previous experience of supporting business applications in operations, supply chain or finance
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Customer focused mindset with clear and confident communication skills

Application Support Analyst role profile –

• Providing 1st / 2nd line application support to end users
• Supporting users with Microsoft 365 tools and Dynamics Business Central
• Troubleshoot issues
• Maintain and support documentation
• Support and enhance The Power Platform by designing PowerApps solutions to facilitate business needs
• Maintaining dashboards and collaborate with internal teams to identify automation opportunities using tools

This role will suit someone who’s already working in an Applications Support role working closely with users.
