Data Analyst

Our client, who are specialists in the Insurance sector are looking for a Data Analyst to join their growing team. The Data Analyst role will be involved in verifying the suitability, usability and correctness of applications and MI reports created for the purposes of processing Financial / Insurance data. The ideal candidate will understand financial concepts. Data Analyst role –

• Power BI & Data Validation
• Verify dashboard calculations, DAX measures, KPIs, and filters against business rules and source data.
• Validate role-level security (RLS), drill-through contexts, and performance across large datasets.
• Create test cases for new visuals; highlight defects and data quality issues.

 Data Analyst experience

• Ideally experience of working in the Finance / Insurance Industry
• Power BI experience (Desktop / Service)
• Skilled with the following tools - DAX, SQL Server, Azure Data services.
