IT Support - ERP

IT support professional required by large scale multi-site business.This role will have responsibility for supporting the ERP system – Kerridge K8, the ideal candidate for this role will have experience supporting Kerridge K8 ERP system at 2nd – 3rd line level. IT Support – ERP role

• Triage and troubleshoot ERP – Kerridge K8 user queries
• Conduct bug fixes
• Continuous improvement of system processes
• Documentation
• Gathering user requirements
• Manage 3rd party relationships
• Involvement with migrations
• MS experience in SharePoint and Azure

IT Support – About you

• Strong functional knowledge of ERP systems, specifically Kerridge K8 or other ERP experience with a willingness to train and develop skills in Kerridge K8.
• Proven experience in application support (SQL Server etc)
• Proven experience in IT Support environment, supporting users
• Problem solving skills
• Analytical mindset
• Strong communication style
