Software Support Analyst – job opportunity Salary: £23k - £27k + Benefits Location: Denbighshire, North Wales (Hybrid)  Our client based in Denbighshire, North Wales is a software led business, now looking to recruit a Software Support Analyst to join their engineering team and support with their SaaS based platform.This role involves resolving end user technical requests and managing incidents to minimise business impact.Software Support Analyst background–
  • Prior experience in desktop /technical / software support environment
  • Experience in documenting and knowledge sharing
  • Customer focused approach
  • Testing of IT / software system upgrades
  • Knowledge / experience of databases
  • Must be a strong team player.
Software Support Analyst key responsibilities & skills:
  • Assisting on the support desk to resolve IT / software issues and support business operations.
  • Being resourceful and capable of solving complex problems.
  • Enthusiastic about helping clients, understanding their problems with empathy, and devising solutions.
  • Strong communication and customer engagement skills to thoroughly understand needs.
