As an IT recycler and supplier of IT Services we have overseen more than 3 million devices through the IT lifecycle and, as a result, are perfectly placed to provide our customers with guidance and advice through this complex market. We offer a huge range of additional services, such as IT spares and logistics throughout the UK, as well as datacentre and office relocations, configuration and build, bonded stock, engineers and project managers along with Greensafe Global, our hardware specialist IT brokerage service.
The primary purpose of this role is to ensure all delivery schedules and customer requirements are met efficiently and safely, while maintaining the highest standards of driving practice and vehicle care. The position supports the implementation and monitoring of compliance rules, including full oversight of driving hours, working time, and any infringements. Additionally, the role provides essential support to the Transport Lead, contributing to smooth, compliant, and reliable logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver all driving and collection activities with professionalism, courtesy, and a strong customer focus.
- Communicate clearly with peers, management, and customers to keep operations running smoothly.
- Ensure every job meets high standards of service, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Follow all driving regulations and company standards, maintaining full compliance at all times.
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and report issues quickly to keep vehicles safe, clean, and roadworthy.
- Load, unload, deliver and secure goods safely to protect assets and comply with legal requirements.
- Keep schedules on track, adapting to changes and meeting customer deadlines.
- Complete delivery paperwork accurately and submit it on time.
- Represent the company professionally at customer sites and partner locations.
- Support the Transport Lead and wider logistics team with day-to-day operational needs.
- Assist with warehouse or engineering tasks during quieter driving periods to keep operations flowing.
- Always adhere to site safety standards and contribute to a safe working environment.

- Full UK Driving License required – however, no further qualifications – driving up to and including 3.5T.
