Finance Project Manager

Greenwellgleeson are recruiting for a Finance Project Manager to work with a leading business based in Solihull. Key Responsibilities* Lead the planning and delivery of finance transformation projects, managing project plans, timelines, budgets, resources and interdependencies.* Build strong relationships across Finance, IT, Operations and senior leadership to ensure stakeholder alignment and successful project delivery.* Manage project governance, producing status reports, steering committee packs and maintaining RAID logs to effectively manage risks, issues and dependencies.* Develop and deliver communication and change management plans to ensure successful adoption of new finance processes and systems.* Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effective delivery while tracking the realisation of financial and operational benefits.* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across finance processes, controls and systems to drive greater efficiency and business performance.Skills, Requirements, Qualifications* Minimum of 2 years' experience delivering business transformation, finance change or continuous improvement projects.* APM or PRINCE2 qualified, with strong project management and governance experience.* Good understanding of change management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, Lean or Six Sigma.* Knowledge of core finance processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Record-to-Report (R2R).* Experience working with finance systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Navision, OneStream or similar ERP platforms.* Proficient in project management and reporting tools such as Monday.com, MS Project, Power BI, Jira or Smartsheet.* Strong stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data, identify opportunities and measure project benefits.* Experience delivering change programmes within complex, multi-site organisations.Greenwell Gleeson Ltd is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.To find out more about how and why Greenwell Gleeson Ltd process your personal data in line with the data protection regime please go to the privacy notice on our website
