The Role
- Own the growth marketing engine, driving strategy and execution across the UK, US and Europe
- Build and run demand generation programmes that consistently deliver qualified leads, revenue impact and market expansion
- Design and execute multi-channel campaigns that engage ICP and convert across the funnel
- Partner closely with sales to turn insights into campaigns that cut through the noise and drive measurable pipeline performance
Desired Skills and Experience
- B2B SaaS growth marketing experience with a proven record of delivering high-impact demand generation
- Commercial, data-driven mindset with a focus on pipeline, revenue and ROI
- Confident managing agencies, freelancers and cross-regional stakeholders while working hands-on with tools like HubSpot, CRM and automation platforms
- Strong analytical and strategic skills, able to translate insights into action and continuously refine what drives growth
