The Role

  • Drive new business across a patch of Independent media agencies
  • Develop and expand existing agency partnerships
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers across planning, investment, trading, and digital teams
  • Deliver consultative, solution-led sales presentations
  • Consistently exceed revenue targets in a high-growth environment
  • Work closely with internal teams to maximise client success and campaign performance

What We're Looking For

  • Proven success in digital media or AdTech sales or strong agency planning experience and a desire to move into a commercial sales role
  • Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, video, and the digital media ecosystem
  • A track record of generating new business and exceeding revenue targets or upselling commercial opportunities to clients
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Commercially driven with a consultative approach to sales
