Sales Executive / Business Development Executive

An exciting opportunity has arisen with our client, for a Sales Executive / Business Development Executive in Cardiff.

The role:

The company’s relationships with their clients is central to all that they do and they set the tone from the very first engagement. The Business Development Executive will follow the sales process in order to convert prospects in to new customer accounts.

The main responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming enquiries and sales opportunities;
  • Arrange and conduct sales meetings to understand the requirements of a prospect;
  • Demonstrate service/products via online video call sessions to prospective clients;
  • Send out post-demo literature and follow up opportunities to a win/loss;
  • Proactively engage new prospects;
  • Manage all prospect enquiries;
  • Convert marketing generated leads.

Essential Skills:

  • Ability to build relationships either remotely or face to face;
  • Outstanding communication and written skills;
  • Highly organised and self motivated;
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team;
  • Confident telephone/videocall manner.

Nice to have:

  • Previous Sales or Account Management experience;

The Package:

  • £30,000 per annum basic salary + bonus
