📍 London - Hybrid

💰 £55k–£65k base + uncapped commission (OTE £110k–£130k)

I’m currently working with a fast-growing SaaS business that’s scaling its UK commercial team and looking to hire a Senior Account Executive.

This is a great opportunity for a true closer who thrives in structured, consultative sales environments and enjoys working on complex, multi-stakeholder deals.

💡 The Role

You’ll be stepping into a warm pipeline environment — this isn’t a cold-start role.

  • Own and convert qualified inbound opportunities
  • Run deep, strategic discovery (not just surface-level qualification)
  • Manage 3–6 month sales cycles (£10k–£15k ACV)
  • Drive pipeline momentum and forecast accuracy
  • Partner with leadership to refine sales process & methodology
  • Represent the business at industry events
  • 🎯 What They’re Looking For

    • 5+ years as an AE in B2B SaaS (mid-market experience ideal)
    • Proven track record of hitting quota
    • Strong consultative / multi-threaded selling skills
    • Process-driven (CRM discipline in HubSpot or Salesforce)
    • Excellent demo skills — tailored, value-led, not generic
    • High drive, resilience, and a “builder” mindset
