🚀 Account Manager – MSP (Remote, UK)

📍 Remote (UK-based)

💷 £45–50k base + uncapped OTE

I’m partnered with a well-established UK Managed Service Provider that’s continuing to grow and is looking to hire an experienced Account Manager to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for an AM who enjoys building trusted relationships, owning renewals, and growing accounts in a sensible, well-run MSP environment.

The role

You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of existing clients and be responsible for:

  • Managing and growing long-term customer relationships
  • Owning renewals, retention, and account expansion
  • Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Acting as a trusted commercial point of contact
  • Working closely with delivery and technical teams

This is a commercial, relationship-led role, not a support or service desk position.

What they’re looking for

  • 3+ years’ experience in Account Management
  • Background in MSP, IT services, or B2B tech
  • Experience owning renewals and growing accounts
  • Confident stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Commercial mindset with a consultative approach
