£110k–£125k base + Double OTE + Equity
An enterprise automation and orchestration platform is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive (EMEA) to support continued growth following the launch of its Agentic Management Platform.
With the rise of Agentic AI, enterprise organisations are increasingly looking for orchestration layers capable of managing complex, multi-technology environments.
This role combines strategic account ownership and new business development across a high-value enterprise territory.
Responsibilities
- Own enterprise sales across EMEA
- Manage ~10 strategic enterprise accounts (£100k+ ARR customers)
- Drive 80% new business and 20% expansion revenue
- Build relationships with senior enterprise stakeholders
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Partner with technical and leadership teams to shape enterprise opportunities
Requirements
- Enterprise software sales experience
- Experience selling automation solutions into Enterprise accounts
- Track record of closing complex deals in large organisations
- Strong new-business mindset
- Experience managing strategic accounts
- Comfortable running long, consultative sales cycles
- BFSI or large-enterprise experience is beneficial
