About the Role:
The Group Head of Educational Technology leads the strategic vision, implementation, and continuous improvement of EdTech across a global network of schools. Working closely with Education, IT, and school leaders worldwide, you will champion digital transformation, enhance teaching and learning, and embed a culture of responsible, impactful innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver a global EdTech strategy aligned with organisational goals and local school needs.
• Lead innovation in digital learning, including AI, VR, adaptive tools, and immersive environments.
• Strengthen digital pedagogy through a robust CPD framework and a network of Digital Champions.
• Oversee EdTech platforms, procurement, budgets, and vendor partnerships.
• Ensure safe, secure, and equitable digital access in collaboration with IT, Safeguarding, and Risk teams.
• Drive governance, impact measurement, and continuous improvement across all EdTech initiatives.
• Represent as a thought leader in regional and national EdTech networks.
About You:
• Significant leadership experience in K–12 education, with strong pedagogical expertise.
• Proven track record delivering EdTech strategy and transformation across multiple schools or regions.
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement, change management, and staff development.
• Experience working in global or multicultural organisations.
• Passionate about innovation, digital learning, and improving outcomes for students.
• Collaborative, strategic, and able to navigate complex environments with confidence.
