As a Client Relationship Owner, you are the constant presence in a client's world.

Your role is to keep the relationship coherent as everything around it shifts.

When this role is done well, clients feel known and confident. Risks surface early, before they become issues. Opportunities are recognised at the right moment, not forced. Accounts grow because the foundations are sound and the relationship is being actively cared for.

When it isn't, relationships fragment. Context disappears. Insights arrive too late.

What you will be trusted to own

  • Own the health, continuity, and trust of a defined portfolio of client accounts
  • Build and maintain a deep understanding of each client's organisation, goals, and constraints
  • Act as the primary relationship anchor across advisory and delivery teams
  • Keep a steady, intentional cadence of client contact without over-servicing
  • Monitor sentiment, confidence, and risk before they become problems
  • Be commercially accountable for retention, stability, and long-term account value
  • Spot opportunity signals and feed them into advisory conversations
  • Support deal follow-through so decisions land cleanly rather than drift
