Head of Growth (B2C)

We're working with an exciting client that is creating a new kind of digital experience for pet owners, by creating an ecosystem of useful tools and services in one place. Their focus is on making pet care simpler, more accessible, and less stressful. And they're now looking for a Head of Growth to join their team!

The role

This brand are looking for someone who really gets how to turn data into meaningful, scalable impact. Someone who combines strong analytical thinking with a test-and-learn mindset, and can build growth systems that deliver long-term results.

Here you’ll build and lead a high-performing team, working closely with Product, Data, and Creative to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention across a growing digital platform.

Who they're looking for

  • You have extensive growth/marketing experience in fast‐scaling D2C or consumer tech
  • You come with deep expertise across paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok), with strong analytical skills and hands-on experience using tools like GA4 and MMPs\
  • You have proven experience owning the full funnel - from acquisition through to retention and LTV growth
  • You're highly data-driven and experiment-led, with the ability to turn insights into scalable growth initiatives
  • You have experience defining and executing growth strategy end-to-end, including channel testing, optimisation, and budget ownership

💸 Salary: Up to £90k

🏡 WFH policy: 1-2 days/week in their London office
