Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced CSOD (Cornerstone OnDemand) Implementation Administrator/Coordinator to provide hands-on expertise in supporting the implementation and transition of company's new Learning Management System (myLearningHub), powered by Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD).

This role will play a key part in ensuring the successful implementation, operational readiness, and transition of the system into Business-as-Usual (BAU). Working closely with project managers, technical teams, product specialists, and Learning & Development colleagues, you will provide specialist CSOD administration, data migration, system testing, troubleshooting, and process improvement support.

Although this is not a project management position, you will take ownership of assigned implementation activities, ensuring high-quality delivery while helping establish sustainable learning processes aligned with the organisation's new Target Operating Model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert, hands-on administration and implementation support for the Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) Learning Management System.
  • Independently manage assigned implementation workstreams while working within agreed governance and project priorities.
  • Administer learning content, learning objects, events, sessions, curricula, users, security roles, and permissions.
  • Prepare, validate, and manage data load sheets, bulk uploads, and Edge imports to ensure accurate system data.
  • Support data migration activities, including data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance.
  • Configure and maintain system settings and administrative changes in accordance with governance procedures.
  • Execute system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), investigate defects, and support issue resolution.
  • Troubleshoot CSOD system issues independently, escalating complex technical problems to vendors or specialist teams where appropriate.
  • Produce reports and management information using CSOD reporting functionality to support operational and project requirements.
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development, Organisational Development, and operational teams to implement the new Learning Target Operating Model.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline learning administration by maximising CSOD functionality and automation.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, user guides, process maps, and operational procedures.
  • Support knowledge transfer activities and help build CSOD capability across the Digital Learning team.
  • Work collaboratively across project, technical, and business teams to support implementation, go-live, hypercare, and transition into BAU.
  • Contribute specialist LMS expertise throughout the implementation programme while supporting successful project delivery.

Essential Skills & Experience

Experience

  • Significant hands-on experience administering Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) within a complex organisational environment.
  • Previous involvement in LMS implementation, migration, or large-scale system transformation projects.
  • Strong experience within Learning & Development (L&D), Organisational Development (OD), or corporate learning environments.
  • Practical experience administering CSOD learning objects, events, sessions, curricula, users, roles, and permissions.
  • Experience managing CSOD data load sheets, bulk uploads, and Edge imports.
  • Experience supporting system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
  • Proven ability to translate system functionality into efficient operational processes and sustainable business practices.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Excellent understanding of Learning Management Systems and learning administration processes.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and data management skills, including data manipulation, validation, cleansing, and quality assurance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver against agreed deadlines.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical, project, and business teams.
  • Ability to produce high-quality system documentation, process guides, and operational procedures.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced implementation environment.
