* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify business needs and document user stories. Ability to analyse and document existing business processes (As-Is), design of To-Be processes through interaction with business teams, and assist in identifying areas for improvement, suggesting solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Experience in conducting stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement gathering sessions. A solid understanding of enterprise asset management principles and practices, particularly associated with Maximo and ArcGIS would be an advantage. The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and management. Capability to analyse complex problems, evaluate alternative solutions, and make recommendations based on data-driven insights. Excellent analysis and knowledge transfer skills. Able to take ownership of problems and requests as well as the ability to work in a pressurised environment. Excellent time management skills, able to effectively plan own and others time. Able to visualise and articulate proposed solutions to business problems provided by design team to business areas. A proactive approach with the ability to prioritise own workload within demanding schedules. Strong written and verbal skills. Good facilitation skills, enables people to reach agreement and develop work practices. A systematic, disciplined, and analytical approach to problem solving. Forms judgements based on logical conclusions that have been drawn from available facts.
