Project Management Team Lead

We’re looking for an experienced Project Management Team Lead with the confidence to lead, the curiosity to innovate, and the drive to deliver. You’ll head up a team of five, work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams, and play a key role in delivering multilingual solutions that make a real impact.

With the platform fully developed and validated by clients, we are now focused on capturing the significant commercial opportunity. Currently, company comprises of 25 staff of which, a third are dedicated to our proprietary product and technical development. This core team is further strengthened by a global network of 3,000 specialist contractors, enabling us to scale rapidly and deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 4 project managers to deliver their best work
• Scope, plan, and deliver multilingual tech projects using AI, CAT tools, APIs, and automation
• Conduct regular project reviews with clients and internal teams to assess outcomes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements
• Lead and participate in client meetings, both remotely and in person, managing existing relationships and building new ones.
• Evaluate team capacity and plan resources to ensure smooth, scalable delivery
• Provide clear, structured instructions to contractors, ensuring work is delivered on time, to the expected standard, and within budget
• Work directly with clients to understand needs and design smart, commercially sound solutions
• Collaborate across Customer Success, Sales and Product teams to align delivery with client goals
• Ensure quality, compliance, and continuous improvement aligned with ISO standards

What You’ll Bring

• Fluent English; Mandarin language capability is highly desirable
• 5+ years’ experience in project management (tech, SaaS, or language services)
• Strong knowledge of CAT tools, Microsoft Translator, APIs, and Copilot
• Proven leadership skills — you know how to motivate, develop, and guide a team
• Commercial mindset with a focus on outcomes and client value
• Confidence engaging with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders
• Familiarity with ISO 17100 or ISO 9001 is a plus
