Poised for significant growth in 2026, we are looking for a dynamic "Senior BDM" to embrace our obsession with customer acquisition and help deliver the next chapter in the Guru Technology story. You will take responsibility for bringing on new business with our hosted and broadband portfolio of products.

Responsibilities:

• Selling Mobile, Hosted & Connectivity products consistently for 5+ years

• Being responsible for managing your pipeline and using a CRM package

• Being responsible for generating appointments through referrals

• Booking own leads from warm data on our CRM

• Sitting appointments booked for them from our Telesales team (Our telesales team is new)

• Delivering on performance in line with your KPI's

• Identify, cross sell and up sell other products in our portfolio

• Presenting your business on a weekly basis to management

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years sales experience of selling mobile, connectivity & hosted phone systems in telecoms in a new business capacity (not account management). (For example systems like 8x8, Gamma, Callswitch etc...)

Qualifications:

• Full driving licence - No more than 3 points

Benefits:

• Salary of between £45,000 to £50,000 PY experience dependent and quality of product demonstrations.

• Car allowance included - £4,000 per annum.
