Your new company Join a hyper-scaling SaaS business and take full ownership of FP&A. This is a high-visibility role where you’ll own the numbers, sharpen the metrics, drive insights at pace and partner directly with senior leadership. As an FP&A Manager, you’ll sit at the centre of the business, owning financial modelling, SaaS metrics and board-level reporting. You’ll shape how the business plans, forecasts and measures performance as they continue to scale. Your new role- Build, enhance and own our core financial models
- Lead budgeting, re-forecasting and long-range planning cycles
- Produce board and investor reporting packs that drive real decisions
- Benchmark our performance against best-in-class SaaS standards
- Automate reporting and help implement FP&A / BI tooling
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure clean, reliable financial and operational data
- Trained at a leading audit firm (Big 4 strongly preferred: PwC, EY, KPMG, Deloitte)
- Educated at a top university, demonstrating strong academic capability
- Fast-track career progression, with clear evidence of high performance and accelerated promotions
- 5+ years’ FP&A or commercial finance experience (ideally in high-growth B2B SaaS)
- Expert-level Excel/Google Sheets modelling skills
- Strong grasp of SaaS unit economics and core recurring-revenue metrics
- Exposure to FP&A tools, BI platforms or commission systems
- Ability to communicate complex financial insights simply and clearly to SLT and investors.
