Head of Finance - Tech - £120,000 - £150,000

Your new companyA fast-growing tech business is seeking a Finance Director to lead its finance function and drive strategic decision-making through robust financial reporting and controls.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a technically strong accountant with experience across reporting, audit, compliance, and international operations.
Your new role

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow planning
• Manage payroll, AP/AR, and HMRC relationships
• Oversee group accounting, consolidations, and intercompany reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with UK GAAP/IFRS, VAT, and corporation tax
• Lead external audits and drive internal process improvements
• Provide technical accounting guidance across the business

What you'll need to succeed

• Chartered Accountant (ACA / ICAEW / ICAS / CAANZ)
• 8+ years post-qualifying experience
• Strong IFRS and UK GAAP knowledge
• Proven ability to lead finance ops and engage senior stakeholders
