IT Technical Support Be proactive with a visible and approachable presence to answer how to questions (not technical troubleshooting) Deliver demos via Microsoft Teams both in person and for remote colleagues using pre-defined scripts and presentation decks Explain differences between Zoom and Teams (meeting setup, chat, collaboration tools) Share tips and best practices for effective use of Teams Encourage engagement and confidence in using Teams for daily work Record all assistance provided to colleagues
Skills & ExperienceStrong knowledge of Microsoft Teams features and functionality Ability to communicate clearly and educate users in a friendly, non-technical way Familiarity with Zoom to explain migration differences Comfortable presenting and engaging with both in-person and remote audiences via Teams Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills
