E-Commerce / Marketing Specialist

Are you an experienced E-Commerce professional ready to take the lead on our client's key accounts?

My client is a leading E-Commerce business who is seeking the next key hire to join their in-house digital team. As an E-Commerce Executive, you'll combine hands-on platform expertise with strategic leadership, working across multiple client accounts to drive performance, revenue, and digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute multi-brand E-Commerce strategies
  • Drive revenue growth
  • Implement and optimise on Shopify, Shopify Plus, BigCommerce, and other enterprise platforms
  • Develop and run merchandising strategies and email marketing campaigns
  • Analyse performance to drive decision-making
  • Reporting and strategic recommendations

The ideal candidate:

  • Minimum 2 years’ proven E-Commerce experience, ideally in D2C
  • A solid track record of boosting revenue and conversion
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify, Shopify Plus, or BigCommerce
  • Proficiency with eCRMs and analytics (GA4)
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Agency experience is a plus, but not required

The role is 37.5 hrs per week and is based on site. The company offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes flexitime, products discount, car parking, team and company events and a staff health and well being programme.
