NHS Virtual Lucy Project Support Coordinator (Fixed Term 12 Months)

The Project Support Coordinator will support the Implementation Manager in ensuring that the solution is configured, deployed and fit for purpose against their requirements as well as helping the project mobilisation process is delivered successfully. The role will also require internal liaison with other departments such as Technology, Contact Centre, and Product Teams, to ensure the product is ready, configured and meets the needs of the service.

This role will report to the Implementation Manager.

Essential Criteria;

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS & TRAINING

  • Educated to A Level level or equivalent experience.

EXPERIENCE

  • Experience working in or for the NHS;
  • Understanding of the operational procedures within the different departments that make up the NHS
  • Previous software testing and deployment experience.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to organise and co-ordinate areas of work for yourself and others.
  • Self-starter with great determination and motivation to succeed.

Within this position, you will mainly be;

  • Customer Relationships Provide client with appropriate documentation/templates e.g. configuration build workbook/s, role process change plan, gap analysis document etc. Working with the client, undertake configuration design workshops and ensure clear management and control of the configuration build and associated documentation;
  • Project Support: Support the Implementation Manager in the mobilisation of the Digital Platform, working with NHS Organisations to ensure all requirements and information is received to ensure successful delivery of the project. Conduct regular reviews of the configuration build and associated documentation and resolve any issues.
  • Deployment Work with HBSUK deployment teams and client project teams to facilitate a smooth implementation of the product solution and any associated 3rd party integrated software solutions
  • Resolving Software Issues Identify, investigate and where appropriate, escalate software issues and assist with resolution.
  • Testing Assist with product solution testing to ensure the platform is fit for purpose and go live readiness. Responsible lead for setting up and working with internal departments in delivering the plan for Operations team platform testing, (i.e. process-based testing) for NHS & private sector client platform upgrades; and provide relevant input/feedback on platform readiness.
  • Collaborative Working As part of the Operations Team you will be a key conduit between the different HBSUK departments supporting the service mobilisations to a high standard.
