Apprentice IT Technician

You will provide support, resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues, manage support tickets, and assist with device setup and maintenance. You will maintain IT asset records, follow security and data protection procedures, and develop your skills while supporting staff and daily operations.

• Provide first-line technical support for staff and visitors
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues
• Log and manage incidents through our IT service management system
• Set up, configure and deploy laptops, tablets and other devices
• Assist with software installations, updates and system maintenance
• Maintain accurate IT asset and inventory records
• Work in line with IT security, safeguarding and data protection requirements
• Learn from experienced IT professionals while developing your technical skills
