Required Skills

• Strong experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and documentation.
• Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office Suite.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyse data using SQL or reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and validate business requirements through workshops, interviews, and analysis.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to ensure solution alignment.
• Conduct impact analysis, process mapping, and gap assessments.
• Support UAT, defect triage, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.

Nice-to-Have

• Knowledge of banking/financial services domain or relevant industry.
• Familiarity with Power BI or other analytics tools.
• Exposure to automation tools or AI-driven solutions.
