Capability Lead

Sub Capability Lead, Demand and Supply – External - Onsite

10+ years in the role of leading a business or IT sub segment (Order management, Demand planning, Supply Planning), specifically in manufacturing industry

Minimum 5 years in a client facing role, understanding requirements, coordinating with competency leads leading to offerings.

Knowhow on multiple ERP and how they work on P2P, O2C and D2S processes

Business process knowledge – SAP IBP or business cycles

Demand (Client projects, initiatives) process knowhow, P&L and monitoring process

Strong collaborative, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Gap analysis of IT and Business process and Initiative and opportunity assessment,

Strong collaborative experience with various IT competency teams, business heads, and converting opportunities/initiatives into projects.

Experience in Run and Build process of IT apps in a manufacturing Industry

At least One full cycle implementation experience in DP, SNP, GATP, SD is preferred.
