Delivery Director – Application Delivery & Transformation
We are looking for a high‐impact Delivery Director to lead enterprise‐scale application delivery and transformation initiatives across complex technology landscapes.
This is a senior leadership role requiring strong execution capability, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence at the highest levels of the organization.
Role Overview
As a Delivery Director, you will own and drive end‐to‐end application delivery across support, development, and large‐scale transformation programs—ensuring execution excellence aligned with business strategy.
You will act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, shaping technology decisions and delivering measurable business value.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and own end‐to‐end application delivery across AMS, development, and transformation initiatives
- Drive large, complex programs ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and with high quality.
- Engage and manage senior stakeholders (CXO / CXO‐1), acting as a strategic advisor
- Lead conversations on enterprise technologies (SAP preferred), data platforms, and modern applications
- Build and scale high‐performing global delivery teams
- Drive automation, AI‐led delivery, and continuous process improvements
- Manage customer relationships, escalations, and satisfaction outcomes
- Oversee resource planning, budgets, and delivery governance
- Enable innovation and transformation programs leveraging modern delivery approaches
🧠 What We’re Looking For
- 15–20 years of experience in IT delivery / application delivery leadership
- Proven track record in:
- Application Support & Maintenance (AMS)
- Development and large transformation programs
- Strong experience leading SAP delivery / enterprise applications
- Ability to navigate complex problem‐solving environments and drive outcomes
- Excellent communication and executive presence
- Deep understanding of data, cloud, and modern application ecosystems
- Experience driving automation, AI, or digital transformation initiatives
