Inventory Coordinator
Employment Type: Permanent, Full‐Time (FTE) Location: London
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Props Inventory Coordinator to join our team. The coordinator will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of task objects used in research at our Kings Cross facilities, ensuring all props and equipment are procured and organized properly. This is an entry level hands-on role where your day-to-day activities will include sourcing items based on specific requirements, logistics, and on-site organization of items, while ensuring documentation is kept up-to-date and communicated clearly to stakeholders across sites.

Key Responsibilities
● Procurement & Sourcing:
- Research and purchase specific props from various vendors to match exact specifications used by global teams, ranging from everyday household objects to specialized automotive components.
● Inventory Management:
- Maintain an organized prop storage area, ensuring a safe environment free of trip hazards and overloaded shelving.
- Maintain accurate records and tracking of all items within the inventory management system.
- Manage the intake and assembly of new storage solutions, such as mobile shelving units and trolleys.
- Categorize and store props by type and status
● International Logistics & Compliance:
- Support the shipping of props between international sites
Required Skills & Experience
● Recent graduate looking to get into supply chain management.
● Experience in inventory control, warehouse management, procurement, or a similar operations role.
● Detail-Oriented with ability to manage high volume of items.
● Strong organizational skills with a focus on safety and efficiency.
● Proficiency in the Google Suite (docs, sheets).
● Ability to create and manage large spreadsheets to track status of inventory.
