Role Summary

We are seeking a Program Manager or DU head to lead strategic programs, drive cross-functional alignment, and ensure successful delivery of key initiatives. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills to oversee complex technology and business transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• To plan for Program and Delivery Management and ensure that the agreed deliverables in terms of time| cost and quality are met.

• To support business development activities to source further business from the existing client.

• To ensure customer engagement / satisfaction and referenceability.

• To guide, manage, develop and engage the team

• To anchor process improvement/compliance and other organizational initiatives

• Lead end-to-end program execution across multiple workstreams.

• Manage cross-functional teams, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Identify and mitigate program risks and issues.

• Ensure programs deliver business value and meet strategic goals.

• Drive continuous improvement in program management practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Program Manager in technology or consulting environments.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing large-scale, complex programs with multiple dependencies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.
