We are seeking an experienced Program Manager – Engineering Operations to manage a large engineering engagement for a high‐technology customer. The role involves close collaboration with engineering leadership, oversight of multiple programs, and strong stakeholder management across global teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage a large‐scale engineering operations engagement for a hi‐tech customer
- Work closely with the Engineering Head and leadership team to meet stakeholder expectations
- Ensure successful execution of a portfolio of software and engineering programs
- Establish and improve processes to enhance delivery quality, efficiency, and decision‐making
- Identify and resolve operational and delivery issues
- Drive collaboration across cross‐functional and multicultural teams
- Provide regular project status updates, including progress, risks, and mitigation plans
- Manage multiple stakeholders, including senior internal leaders and external customer stakeholders
- Demonstrate strong awareness of organisational dynamics and adapt communication accordingly
- Perform quality control to ensure projects meet defined standards
- Participate in program reviews and weekly team meetings
- Lead, motivate, and guide teams to deliver in line with customer expectations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project or Program Manager for software projects/programs
- Experience in Robotics
- Experience managing multicultural teams, preferably in a large IT or engineering organisation
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast‐paced environment
- Strong problem‐solving and operational execution skills
- Accountable for timelines and delivery commitments
- Self‐driven with strong organisational, time management, and communication skills
