SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant
We're looking for a hands‐on SAP SuccessFactors EC consultant to lead Employee Central design, integrations, and rollout in a collaborative, Agile environment.
What you'll do
- Solution Design & Configuration: Configure EC workflows, business rules, and data models aligned with UK HR policies.
- Integration: Ensure seamless connectivity with SAP S/4HANA, Payroll, and third‐party systems (e.g., Active Directory, MS Exchange).
- Project Leadership: Act as the primary point of contact for the EC workstream; own testing plans, cutover strategies, and go‐live activities.
- Data Migration: Lead replication/integration between EC and Payroll, drive ETL/LSMW activities, and validate historical data for large employee volumes.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with HR, IT, and vendors; deliver training and provide hypercare post go‐live.
What you'll bring
- Technical Expertise: Strong EC configuration & provisioning; SAP CPI integration; basic ABAP debugging for customizations.
- Functional Knowledge: Deep understanding of UK HR processes and payroll regulations; experience with complex org structures and workflows.
- Experience: 3–5+ full lifecycle EC implementations, including at least one migration from ECC to EC.
- Modules: Familiarity with Employee Central Time Off, Time Tracking, and Onboarding.
