Senior Business Analyst
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team onsite. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business transformation, managing complex projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
· Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
o Engage with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements.
o Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
· Strategic Planning & Solution Design:
o Develop business cases and feasibility studies for new initiatives.
o Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions aligned with business objectives.
· Project Management Support:
o Assist in planning, monitoring, and reporting project progress.
o Ensure timely delivery of requirements and maintain quality standards.
· Data Analysis & Reporting:
o Perform data discovery, modeling, and trend analysis to support decision-making.
o Create dashboards and reports for senior management.
· Stakeholder Communication:
o Conduct workshops, presentations, and regular updates to stakeholders.
o Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Experience: Minimum 12 years in business analysis, with exposure to large-scale projects.
· Domain Expertise: [Specify domain, e.g., BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, etc.]
· Strong knowledge of business process modeling, requirements documentation, and functional specifications.
· Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Power BI.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
· Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
Preferred Certifications
· CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)
· PMP or Agile certifications
