Senior Product Manager

A Product Manager to define product vision, own the backlog, and drive delivery aligned to business outcomes. The role requires strong prioritisation, stakeholder engagement, and Agile delivery experience.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Confident presenting ideas, progress updates, and recommendations to senior stakeholders and leadership

• Strong active listening skills and the ability to ask the right questions to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguity

• Able to work autonomously and take full end-to-end ownership of deliverables without requiring close supervision

• Proactive in identifying problems, proposing solutions, and driving them through to resolution independently

• Collaborative team player who shares knowledge, supports colleagues, and contributes to a positive team culture
