Workday Integration Lead

The Workday Integration Lead is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of integrations between Workday and external systems in a global implementation. This role ensures alignment with business requirements, data governance, and security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the integration workstream across all phases of the Workday implementation.

· Define integration strategy, architecture, and governance.

· Manage a team of integration consultants and developers.

· Collaborate with functional leads, security teams, and third-party vendors.

· Oversee the development of EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio, and custom integrations.

· Ensure compliance with global data privacy and security regulations.

· Drive integration testing and support defect resolution.

· Provide regular status updates and risk mitigation plans to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

· 8+ years of experience in HRIS/ERP integrations, with 4+ years in Workday.

· Proven experience leading global Workday integration projects.

· Expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, REST/SOAP APIs.

· Strong understanding of data security, GDPR, and global compliance.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Certifications Required/Preferred:

· Workday Integration Core Certification (Required)

· Workday Studio Certification (Preferred)

· Workday Pro Certification – Integrations (Preferred)

· Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) (Preferred)
