Workforce Management Solution Manager – Forecasting & Advanced Scheduling (UKG & Legion)

Location: EU Remote / Denmark/UK

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Workforce Management Solution Manager with hands-on expertise in workforce forecasting and advanced scheduling solutions, specifically with tools such as UKG and Legion . This role will lead the end-to-end implementation of labor forecasting and scheduling capabilities across US and Canada business operations , ensuring successful adoption and integration in collaboration with technology vendors and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership:
  • Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for adopting labor forecasting and scheduling capabilities across US and Canada operations.
  • Work closely with the technology vendor’s project manager to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Act as the primary liaison between business leaders, internal technical teams, and the implementation vendor.
  • Proactively identify, raise, and manage project risks and issues.
  • Governance & Planning:
  • Define project milestones, governance structures, and ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables.
  • Advise on next steps, dependencies, and solution adoption strategies
  • Solution Oversight:
  • Coordinate with technical and vendor teams to ensure solution design and integration meet business requirements.
  • Maintain a high-level overview of the end-to-end solution and advise on best practices.
  • Change Management & Adoption:
  • Assist with change management planning, stakeholder engagement, and communication strategies to drive adoption and minimize disruption.
  • Support business readiness through training, documentation, and process alignment.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience managing workforce labor forecasting and scheduling projects .
  • Strong understanding of UKG and Legion platforms.
  • Excellent project management skills, including governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to advise on solution adoption strategies and best practices.
  • Experience in change management and business readiness activities.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.
