Key Responsibilities

As Lead Data & Analytics Consultant, you will:

• Provide technical leadership and governance across multiple client projects.
• Deliver quality outcomes using best practices in Microsoft Azure and data technologies.
• Partner with the business development team to support sales opportunities .
• Define project scope and ensure delivery on time and within budget .
• Act as a trusted advisor to strategic clients, offering guidance and insights.
• Mentor internal teams, ensuring high standards and knowledge sharing .
• Contribute to the evolution of internal standards, processes, and service offerings .

Technical Skills & Experience

We’re looking for someone with:

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure Data Services (ADF, Synapse, Databricks, Fabric).
• Experience designing and managing data warehouses and Lakehouse architectures .
• Proven ability in ETL/ELT processes , data modelling, and integration.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and machine learning.
• Familiarity with Hadoop/Spark for large-scale data processing.
• Advanced Power BI for data visualisation and insights.
• 8+ years’ professional services experience in client-facing roles.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills.
