HD Tech are partnering with a global organisation that sits at the crossroads of fintech, private markets, and wealth technology. Their platforms are used across Europe and Asia, and they are expanding their engineering group in London to accelerate the development of new AI capabilities within their core products.

We are looking for talented engineers with around three to eight years of experience who enjoy working on production systems and are comfortable turning ideas into practical, well-built tools. You will help shape how AI is used across the business, working on features that reach users quickly and influence key product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build and release end-to-end AI and machine learning features used in live client environments.
• Design and maintain reliable ML pipelines, including data ingestion, feature engineering, and model deployment.
• Work closely with data scientists to prepare datasets and improve training workflows.
• Apply LLMs and NLP platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or Foundry to solve real product challenges.
• Integrate external APIs and AI services into the existing platform.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and help improve engineering standards as the team grows.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Python or TypeScript and an interest in delivering well-tested production code.
• Practical experience with Azure, including deployment, monitoring, and general cloud engineering.
• Background working on AI, ML, or data-heavy applications.
• Comfortable working with stakeholders across product and data functions to deliver features with clear business value.
• Any exposure to financial data or fintech products is helpful but not essential.
