Enterprise Sales Executive – Technology & Consulting Solutions

UK / Hybrid | £80,000 – £155,000 + Performance Incentives

HD-Tech are proud to be partnering with an established and growing technology consultancy to recruit an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to support continued expansion across the UK and wider EMEA market.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused sales professional with a strong track record of winning and growing strategic client relationships within technology, digital, or consulting environments.

The role centres on identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing complex sales cycles, and working closely with specialist delivery teams to develop tailored solutions that address client business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation through to contract completion.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities to achieve and exceed revenue objectives.
  • Engage with senior business and technical stakeholders across mid-sized and large organisations.
  • Build trusted relationships by understanding client priorities and aligning appropriate consulting and technology-led solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with technical and delivery teams to shape proposals and solution offerings.
  • Lead commercial discussions, negotiate contracts, and manage deal progression through internal and client approval processes.
  • Support business development activity through networking, market engagement, and targeted outreach.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity tracking, forecasting, and account planning within CRM platforms.

Experience Required

We are keen to speak with candidates who can demonstrate:

  • Significant experience in B2B sales within technology, consulting, SaaS, or digital services environments.
  • Proven success in a quota-carrying sales role managing full sales cycles.
  • Consistent achievement against commercial targets and revenue goals.
  • Experience managing complex sales opportunities involving multiple stakeholders and longer decision-making processes.
  • Ability to develop new business while nurturing strategic customer relationships.

Desirable Experience

While not essential, the following would be beneficial:

  • Exposure to data, analytics, cloud, digital transformation, or enterprise technology solutions.
  • Experience working alongside consulting or professional services teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and structured sales methodologies.
