Already looking after business customers and ready to take responsibility for your own portfolio?

We’re looking for someone who enjoys keeping customers on board, sorting out problems and spotting opportunities to grow existing accounts. You’ll join a friendly team of eight, managing ongoing relationships with businesses using the company’s software and services.

You’ll need at least two years’ B2B customer service or account management experience and must live within a practical commuting distance of Mitcheldean.
