Role
- Provide day-to-day IT support, including setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and systems (e.g. Microsoft and VoIP)
- Install, monitor, and manage IT equipment, keeping accurate records and maintaining an up-to-date inventory
- Support IT projects and work with external providers to implement new systems and solutions
- Assist with business systems by generating reports, supporting users, delivering training, and improving system efficiency

- On the job training at 9, Kingsthorpe Business Centre, Studland Rd, Northampton NN2 6NE and online learning with Multiverse
