• Define and execute the company’s strategic vision and growth roadmap .
• Oversee all aspects of operational and regulatory compliance, ensuring alignment with FCA regulations and international standards.
• Drive business development across payment solutions, card programs, and cryptocurrency services.
• Lead risk management initiatives, ensuring robust compliance and effective fraud prevention strategies.
• Cultivate strong relationships with partners, regulators, clients, and investors .
• Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performance team , fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

• Must be a British citizen or permanent resident .
• Based in the United Kingdom (UK).

• Fintech & EMI: Proven leadership within a transactional fintech environment. Experience with Electronic Money Institutions (EMI) is highly desirable.
• Cryptocurrencies: Solid knowledge of crypto and related payment solutions; familiarity with crypto compliance frameworks is a plus.
• Card Issuing: Experience with prepaid and debit card programs is advantageous.
• High-Risk Environments: Background in sectors such as FX, gaming, or crypto , with a strong understanding of risk, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.

• Strategic leadership and long-term vision.
• Strong regulatory expertise ( FCA, AML, KYC ).
• Commercial acumen with a focus on profitability and sustainable growth.
• Proven success in scaling fintech businesses .
• Excellent stakeholder management skills ( investors, regulators, partners ).
• Well-connected within the UK and European fintech ecosystem .
• Ability to excel in fast-paced, high-pressure environments .
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

• Prior experience as CEO, COO, or other C-level executive in fintech or an EMI-licensed institution.
• Exposure to cross-border payments and multi-currency operations.
• Proven track record of launching or scaling financial products tailored to high-risk clientele .
